What is a bettr age?
Your bettr age is a single, transparent number from your blood biomarkers - how far each marker sits from its optimal range, anchored to your actual age. Lower is better. It is information, not a diagnosis.
How bettr.now works
Order a blood panel (or upload results you already have). We read your biomarkers, score them against optimal ranges to give your bettr age and per-system scores, and an AI writes a plain-English interpretation. You can track changes over time.
Ordering a panel
Use "Order a panel" to choose a blood panel. We offer tiered bundles and prices are shown in GBP before you pay. After ordering, you arrange your blood collection from your dashboard.
Uploading existing results
Use "Upload results" to add results you already have - a PDF, a photo or scan, or a CSV/FHIR file. We read the markers automatically; large or scanned reports can take a minute or two, and you get an email when they are ready.
Understanding your results
Your personalised interpretation is on the Insights page, each marker is on the Markers page with its optimal range, and Trends shows your bettr age over time. Everything is information, not a diagnosis - always speak to a doctor about your health.
Blood collection & booking
After you order, use "Book" to arrange collection (home, clinic or pharmacy) at a time and place that suits you. Your dashboard shows the status of every step.
Your data & privacy
bettr.now is run by Sentium Ltd, an ICO-registered data controller. Your health data is stored securely in the EU/UK and never shared. You can export or erase all of your data yourself from your Account page at any time.
Account & sign-in
You can sign in with email and password, or with Google, Apple or Facebook. If you signed up with one method you can add another on the same email. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to reset.
Payments & refunds
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. For a question about a charge, a refund, or cancelling, raise a request and our team will help.
Is this medical advice?
No. bettr.now gives you information about your biomarkers to help you understand and improve your health - it is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for professional medical advice. If a result concerns you, please speak to your GP or a clinician.
Our methodology - optimal, not just “normal”
We score each biomarker against evidence-based OPTIMAL ranges (where risk is lowest), not only the wide “normal/abnormal” lab flags. Your bettr age reflects how far your markers sit from optimal, anchored to your actual age, so even small improvements show up. The scoring is transparent and versioned.
What we measure
Our panels cover a broad set of blood biomarkers across systems - heart, metabolic, liver, kidney, thyroid, hormones, inflammation and nutrients. Each panel page lists exactly which markers are included before you buy.
Testing & labs
Your sample is analysed by an accredited laboratory. We read the returned results, convert units where needed, and score them consistently against optimal ranges. It is information to help you act - not a diagnosis.
How long results take
Turnaround depends on the collection method and lab, and your dashboard shows the status of every step. If you upload results you already have, we read them within a minute or two and email you when they’re ready.
