bettr.now, operated by Sentium Ltd (company no. 16512683), gives you information to help you understand your health and make informed choices. It is information, not a diagnosis.
Not a substitute for medical advice
Your bettr age, system scores, biomarker ranges and AI-generated narrative do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician about your health, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here.
In an emergency
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 999 (UK) / 112 (Ireland) or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for anything on bettr.now.
How we handle concerning results
When a result crosses a pre-defined critical threshold, we hold back the automated interpretation and route it to a GMC-registered clinician for review before you see it. This is a safety step, not a personalised consultation - it doesn't replace seeing your own doctor.
Reference ranges are evidence-led, not absolute
Our optimal ranges are curated from published evidence and are provisional pending ongoing clinical review. They can differ from a specific lab's reference interval and may not fit every individual. Interpret any single result with your clinician and your full context.
AI-assisted analysis
Your analysis and narrative are generated by AI, grounded in a curated knowledge base and checked for safety, but they can still be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation with a professional.
Uploaded and wearable data
Results you upload and signals from connected devices are shown as you supplied them; we can't verify their accuracy.
